What we collect
We collect your name, email address, professional background, stated goals, and interests — all provided during onboarding. We also collect usage signals such as which matches you accepted or declined, how long conversations lasted, and any post-call feedback you choose to share.
How we use your data
Your profile data is used solely to generate and improve your AI match recommendations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Aggregate, anonymized usage data may be used to improve our matching model.
Who sees your profile
When you are matched with another member, they see your name, role, company, and the AI-generated 'why we matched you' explanation. Your email, goals, feedback, and meeting preferences are never shared with other members.
Data retention
You can delete your account at any time by emailing team@coolertalk.net. We will permanently delete your profile and associated data within 30 days of your request.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
