Acceptance of terms
By joining Coolertalk, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Member conduct
You agree to show up to accepted matches, treat fellow members professionally, and not use CoolerTalk to solicit, spam, or harass other members. Violations may result in permanent removal from the platform.
No-show policy
Accepted matches represent a commitment to another member's time. Members who repeatedly fail to attend confirmed meetings without canceling at least 12 hours in advance may lose access to the platform.
Content and profiles
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile. Misrepresenting your professional background is grounds for account termination.
Beta disclaimer
Coolertalk is currently in private beta. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time. The service is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind.
Limitation of liability
Coolertalk is not responsible for the outcome of any introduction, conversation, business arrangement, or relationship that results from a match made on the platform.
